    Only misinformed people think that at this time both accounts in both launchers can be linked.

    If you really don't know the solution, try to not be a part of the problem.

    AT THIS TIME, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO LINK ACCOUNTS.

    Just find one person that at this time linked The Division 2 in Epic and Ubisoft accounts. Until there, stop making fun of yourself with nonsenses. It makes you "look terrible"...

    Send imagegur (or equivalent) link of that proof.

    I never said they could be linked right now. If you actually read my original post, I said WHEN THE GAME LAUNCHES, which indicates future-tense. There is no solution available, because there is no problem.

    You are mad because you can't redeem cosmetic items you can't even use yet, because the game hasn't launched. You are the problem, not Epic.

    Now come talk again about linking accounts, if even when already HIRED by UBISOFT, Epic couldn't make the obvious link until now.

    Let's go to Ubisoft Support Team, diferently than Epic, They did reply my last one.

    There is a lot of issues to clear about, and not my last sentence only. Btw, I didnt asked how to refound. I did asked if is the only way to ask for refound at Epic and buy at Ubi.

    I guess there are only bots working this nowadays.... People lost their jobs to dumb software.

    Are you still complaining about not getting in-game items 4 days before launch? You do realize that anyone who has been able to "claim" their in-game items, won't see them until the game launches and they login anyways? This is the dumbest thread ever, are you that jealous someone got to click a button that did absolutely nothing yet...a day or two before you? If the game launches and you can't get your rewards complain, because that was all that anyone offered you, not that you would get it before everyone else, on the same day as some other people or whatever.
