The items people are getting you will be able to get once you launch the game because epic games launcher also uses uplay so you'll be forced to login to uplay anyway and there will be a rewards tab in the uplay client

Ubistore consumers are collecting SEVERAL itens from The Division 2 in Uplay plataform. IF I HAD ACCESS, I COULD DESCRIBE THEM ALL FOR YOU.

Ubisoft is equaly responsible for other party stores that sells Ubisoft products.

At this point, Ubisoft Support informs that is a Epic issue to solve.

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE ! ABSURD ! INFAMOUS !

Do you mean the club rewards, which no one is really "getting" now? Can't you get those through https://club.ubisoft.com ?

Do you see "The Division 2 coming soon" in your Epic launcher? Is there an option for details? Anything about the club rewards on the details?

Have you tried the Epic website?

And frankly, you are making way too much ado over a few pieces of clothing that will only be delivered to you once the game goes live.

Once the game goes live on the 15th. When you start it up and long in and play, it will register then to ubisoft and you'll be able to collect the said bonuses then.
You just need a little patience.

I am not used to "have patience" even with a "few pieces" of lowered rights. I fight for every one of them, otherwise I will start to accept everytime more and more lack of equality... This post is not to solve the problem, but to EXPOSE EPIC to people think twice before buying there again !

I ordered through Epic and the game is preloaded as of this post. The bonus items you're referring to, be it from the Ubiclub or the rewards from the edition you've ordered, will be available to you upon game launch. Epic will require you to link your Ubisoft account prior to playing, which is when TD2 will be associated to your Ubisoft account. Then you can claim your Ubiclub rewards. Stop throwing a tantrum over nothing, because its making you look terrible. Epic is fine; the problem is you. You should read the EULA and ToS sometime for this game, and you'll quickly realize you have no real "rights" to any of these extra goodies. Typical entitled millennial behavior.

Move along everyone. Nothing more to see here.
