    uplay store pre order issue

    Didnt know where to post this but I pre ordered the Division 2 Gold Edition and never received the pre order notice or confirmation email yet I got charged for the $144.29 CND on my credit card. Any suggestions on what to do? The only reason I got the gold edition was for the early access but ubisoft isnt replying to my email. Any help would be appreciated!

    Similar issue except I was charged three times for it ($390 US). I'm pretty livid. No confirmation email. Submitted ticket, but anytime I try to open a chat, it won't let me; it only adds comments onto my existing ticket. I'm about to cancel the entire thing and take my money elsewhere.

    okay so i got a hold of them and they say the refund will take 7 days to come back to my credit card and to repurchase the game. they said they see the order is still in process and get cancelled and refunded. now getting charged 3 times is ridiculous and probably a separate/different issue. if you want to open a chat i had to fiddle with the bottom 2 types of problems until one let me submit a chat

    Best bet is to copy the details from your reference in your bank acc when speaking with support as they will be able to chase it up a lot quicker with the right info, happy to say that when it happened to me it was answered and fixed within a few hours and I could click the button no more support needed. Maybe it's my location or it's the amount of info I could supply Ubi, It will be fixed and returned. have faith.

    Also if anyone thinks that there was an issue with their transaction it's definitely worth checking your bank acc before trying the transaction again as you will keep getting charged as if you were buying separate orders.
