    How to Verify Purchase and Version?

    Can anyone tell me if there's a way in UPlay to verify which version of The Division 2 I just pre-purchased? I wanted to pre-purchased the Gold Edition, but I can't confirm it actually is that version.
    When I clicked pay instead of taking me to a screen to verify my purchase it took me to the Ubisoft Club webpage and silently added Div2 to my library. I got no email or receipt, but it is in my library (with the standard thumbnail) and I was able to pick my free game for preordering. I'm confused.

    I bought the gold edition through green man gaming and in the uplay launcher it doesn't state which version I have either. I would kind of like to know as well so I can verify my purchase. I think that is just how they handle things. Would be nice to know though

    Same here.

    Bought the Ultimate Edition through GMG and it doesn't reflect which version I have in UPlay.

    I purchased the ultimate and can only tell by the email I received showing exactly the version I have. Uplay certainly doesn’t that I could tell.

    I bought also the Ultimate edition, cant see either which version i got.
    This should be visible on the logo or in the division 2 subsection.

    Contact support and start a Live Chat. They will be able to tell you which version you purchased.

    Just curious, @FeatherHoof.. did you receive a order confirmation email for your TD2 Gold Edition pre-order?

    I pre-ordered via the Epic Games Store, which also does not show The Division 2 as being the Ultimate Edition in the Epic Launcher 'Library' section. But my email does infact say I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition. Just being on the safe side, I contacted Epic Games Support just to confirm my order.. all is good.

    If you played the beta, it showed which version of the game you have on the character select screen, so Uplay is aware of the version you have, even if it doesn't show it (which it should).

    Asking for those answers here is not possible, because Ubisoft agents here are not human. they are like, ROBOT WITH NO BRAIN.

    Instead, ask Customer Support, they will check your account. I asked they once, to verify my game and key. They confirm the version, just, it takes a little while long for them to respond.

    And no, your game in library is the game. Gold,Ultimate is just a sub-version of Standard,which is base game, your account is registered to that subversion. Therefor, no way to check it in library, only in-game items or Ubi official staffs can verify that.

    No, my friends played beta. It shown Ultimate Edition, but he is invited.
