    Double standards or whatnot

It's strange how sex and violence are viewed in America - Trials Fusion had all manner of horrific player deaths... those are "kid friendly" but a crude animation of a ***** isn't?

Just to clear this up.. I'm not American nor have I ever lived there. I do understand there's a line in the sand here and that is going to differ person to person; if it were a comical innuendo, I wouldn't have said anything.

It's user created and not developer; the game having a 12 rating that player could be a 12 year old or younger. I'm quite sure if Red Lynx/Ubi wanted that sort of thing in the game they would've done so.

As for Fusion, there is never any damage to the character model regardless and when was the last time anyone saw a squirrel wielding a claw-hammer etc. Not that I should have to justify myself.

I've finally seen a video of a guy thrusting in those cloth at the end of a track and I'm pretty confident it will be removed soon. It's not only for the parent's but their ESRB Rating which could be in danger after some of those incidents. But I get that it's not always an easy choice: I've seen Zen Studios struggling with their E(10) rating on one side and older pinball fans, demanding uncensored tables, on the other. Don't wanna be the guy in charge for those calls

I'm sincerely apologize - I didn't mean to assume you're American but, it's a common theme here in the USA. Maybe I'm more outraged by violence than sexual imagery but just earlier my rider got smashed in a dropping object and I found it downright disturbing... no gore, but a crunch sound, a rider scream and mangled limbs poking out of machinery. I don't have children so I guess I can't say what they should or shouldn't be exposed to, but I'd say this and Fusion are 13+, unfortunately

That's not to say I advocate it though - when I see the sexual images in question in this game I can only think "all this potential and of course somebody has to ****ing ruin it"

No need to apologise bud, I understand totally and it's one of those subjects that invites strong differences of opinion :-).

Chilldren are a complete gamechanger and it is extremely difficult as a parent especially these days. Personally, I extend my kids a little maturity at a time, if they break that it gets reeled back in and then back out etc. Fusion never seeks to add any sense of realism to it's proceedings and both my kids understand it's fantasy context and that's why I let them play it.

Rude and a waste of your time ubisoft

I have made a few custom creations on trials rising. i made some nike air mags and for some reason you guys keep banning them, for what! everyday i log on and see the shoes i spent at least 30-35mins making banned due to innappropriate content. how are a pair of shoes from a movie sexualy explicit, how! and you keep banning a body kit i made for the mantis and i'm sick of it, i spend so much time on these creations and they keep getting taken away from me for stupid reasons. fix your game.
