    Pre-Order Bonus and Gold-Code doesn't add content correctly

    Hey!
    First, please dont harm me if there are any spelling mistakes, I'm from Germany.
    As I entered my pre-order and gold code, i got the message ingame that they were added (compared to the faq they were entered correctly too). But they didnt appear in the customization overview.
    As I 'bought' the helmets in the Ubisoft store, they first didnt appear as well. After one day or so they appeared. Don't know what happened there.
    Anyways, my pre-oder bonus and gold-bonus isnt available for me now. I created a ticket last wednesday for that (No. 08141912). This ticket is in german of corse, sorry for that. It just includes the same infos what I said here. I didn't include the codes in there, should I do that?
    I'm afraid, that the same happens if the new maps of the season pass will be launched.

    I’m in the same situation since last week. Preordered Gold Edition but my inventory is empty. I’m waiting for some patch, but the game seems like to be seriosly broken!

    Good to know that I'm not the only one and this is a known issue!
    Hopefully they get that fixed soon. The game looks overall very broken. Many framedrops and freezes, inventory dublicates which can't be selected, the clothes which i wore aren't saved after closing the game, Inferno V often crashes (I can't get over the first obstacle because it crashes at the first checkpoint), the vehicle sound misses often, and and and...
    I think the loading screens are very long which is very annoying when you play the stadium finals and have to wait 1-2 Minutes if you make any mistake. Inferno V needed 5 minutes to load!
    I really love the game but the bugs are very annoying.

    Same issues STILL here. I put in my ticket and everything.

    Restored my licenses, rebuilt my database, and I still don't have the content.

    Hello everyone!

    I'm sorry that you experienced this issue for so long. Upon release we had a number of players unable to access some of their extra content, despite everything looking perfect on our side. It took a lot of investigation but the dev team were able to implement a fix.
