If you break an individual bullet reload on a marksman rifle with a melee, the animation continues to load the rest of the bullets although no additional bullets are actually loaded.

I'm afraid not but it is pretty easy to replicate. Just perform a melee mid reload on a weapon that reloads bullets individually, a tactical m700 was what I was using at the time.
