I always have to change the settings to not have the character move out of cover when the joystick is moved. I like to have to hit a button to remove myself from cover. The game is not remembering this setting or its not getting applied after fast travels or joining another group, as I constantly have to keep toggling this setting to get it to take effect. It was the same in the closed beta and its still doing it in the public beta. Please get this annoying bug fixed before the game goes live.
