I found a bug with skipping cut scenes. i first found it in the private beta. And hoped it would be fixed in the patch, but it wasn't. So when I first found it I skipped the cut scene after rescuing Odessa's daughter. And when I did I was locked inside the room with her and had to dashboard to be able to fast travel. On another account I skipped that same cut scene and got locked in the room again but also stuck in an endless loop of the game registering me out of bounds and reloading the game. I fixed that by randomly clicking the white house to fast travel to. and that was tough because I only had 3 seconds. Anyway, so now in the open beta I got stuck in the same room and this time it let me fast travel to the white house. All of this is not a big deal but me and Odessa feel it's a little creepy just standing there staring at each other. I hope this helps.
