How you unlock those last 8 tracks? I mean 110-117?

At a guess I'd say it has something to do with Stadiums. I've unlocked the ninja section but my stats are like 110/123 tracks completed. Have a look to see whether you've completed the stadium finals and the grand finals.

Although while writing this I'm actually thinking the tracks I'm missing are probably the skillgames.

Yes I think I unlocked the last tracks when I completed all the stadium finals or the grand final, otherwise maybe your level needs to be higher
