Two issues for mods.

1. Some mods have three boosts, but one of them is blank, or has no text. See attached imgur file:

2. Some mods have a "+x%" buff, other mods just say "x%" buff. Not too big of a deal really, but should it be consistent? Either put the + on all of them or none of them. See attached imgur file:
