Lvl 30 Agent using SR-1/12x scope does not unlock First Blood Talent | Forums

Loaded up the Sharpshooter lvl 30 agent. Took a look at the SR-1, the First Blood talent is NOT unlocked, even though I have the necessary requirements to unlock it.

First blood requires an 8x or better scope. I have a 12x scope equipped.
