Cross Platform Leaderboards - Currently not working

Firstly I'd like to point out that I get most of my enjoyment from Trials games by competing against friend's ghosts and times.

I had the choice of buying Trials Rising on Switch or PC, but decided on picking up the gold edition on Switch for the benefit of portability (long commute) and also because the Ubisoft website, and developer posts, advertise the game as having cross platform leaderboards and ghosts.

Unfortunately, now that I've bought the game it would appear this functionality has not yet been implemented. Neither myself or my PC friends are able to see each other on the leaderboards, despite being friends across our Ubisoft accounts, and having our respective Ubisoft accounts linked to the game.

I was wondering if there is a bug causing us not to be able to see each others times, or if we're simply missing something? Alternatively if the feature has not yet been added, do you have an ETA for when it will be included in the game?

I've managed to overcome the difficulties of the Switch control scheme (dual stick for analogue!), and am enjoying the game itself, but I'm currently disappointed in my decision to buy the game on this platform as I can't compete against my friends as promoted by Ubisoft. If I'd known this feature was not going to be in the finished game (potentially withdrawn?) I'd have bought the PC version.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

    Hey there!

Just to cover the basics, you (and they) have this feature enabled in your options? Very simple questions but I did the same thing!

Same here. I'm on PS4 and my mates are on PC, but I can't see any of their scores. I can, however, see cross platform scores (with the Ubisoft logo) on the global leaderboards.

We've all checked and nobody has any settings in their options menu for cross platform leaderboards. If you can point us in the right direction that would be great, but we're all pretty sure there is no option in the game.

In the options menu on Switch there are 4 sub menus:
    Game Options
    Joy-Con
    Audio
    Credits

I think we can safely rule out the last 3. Game options contains the following:

    Localization
    Language
    Show subtitles
    Units
    Additional tutorial overlays
    Center of mass
    Input
    Suspension
    Hud Overlay
    Show in-game input
    Show track name
    Show track difficulty
    Ghost Settings
    Ghosts opacity
    Ghosts opacity distance
    Display
    Brightness
    Gamma
    Contrast
    Video Capture
    Capture Mode

And that is all, nothing mentioning leaderboards or cross platform.
