It doesn't completely put me off, I'm just disappointed and frustrated. I was actually quite pleasantly surprised that after all these years not playing Trials I can so easily get gold medals even on Hard tracks. But it turns out skills don't even matter anymore in career. I'm going to publish a review of the game this week so it's partly work that I play it. After that I may put it aside until this gets patched / balanced or something. I really like the game but right now I see no point in replaying the same tracks over and over again.

It was my fault for skimming your initial post, the grind is tedious for a lot I think, I see what Redlynx was trying to do and I dont mind myself. I can say that some of the contracts are ludicrous and I will not finish some.

I'm now at level 75 but I don't have any more contracts that I can complete. I figured completing the stadium finals would pay a lot, but for me it's impossible to complete even one let alone all of them. They're just too hard. Replaying old tracks pays only 100 XP / run. I'm literally stuck now, played an hour and barely made any progress towards level 76. What do I do?

That's really weird. I was able to get past lvl 90 without much grinding. Even after unlocking all the tracks I still have a bunch of contracts available. The few times I had to grind, I filtered the map by contracts and picked anything that was between 3000 and 5400 xp per contract. Theres also some contracts in the stadium finals where you only do one race.

Keep in mind I also skipped some of the hardest contracts like no leaning etc. I'd say purchase helium and the donkey, try filtering the map to show contracts only and hopefully there's some contracts that you didn't see that will help you level up. Good luck
