One of the great things to come with Trials Rising is the new rider and bike customization options. So I spent hours yesterday creating my characters appearance and making my bike to match, I put so much into it and was really pleased until I loaded trials today and found that half of it has been undone and some parts had actually been changed as well. My back tyre was a different one to the front but today they are both the same, my back rim had been changed colour, my helmet had all sorts of sticker layers on it which are now all gone and the helmet is a different colour now too, I spent the longest time creating my boots and that has all been undone now too as well as lots of other small things have now been undone. I really did spend ages doing it so this is a massive slap in the face tbh.

I don't expect it can be recovered now so my request is can we please have a way to save our custome designs? I was going to ask this anyway after I had spent so much time creating my look I thought it would be a shame that when I want to change it I would have to undo all my work, would be nice to be able to save your character and bike and start a new one, this way you could build up a number of character designs with different looks.

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your design. Does this also happen when you change gear, or only if you customise it? If you could provide any repro set-ups, we can forward all this information along to the development. Additionally, which platform are you currently playing on?

I tried doing a couple of tests with just some quick stickers on the body of a bike and then turned trials off reloaded it and the stickers were gone, I did the same test and the stickers were gone again soi tried one more time and for some reason they didn't go this time so I've just designed a new bike and when reloading trials the bike has remained the same. Hopefully it will stay now but I'll keep you updated, just wondering if it matters which type of purchased item you use? Like if it is one that has already been created by another or if its an official redlynx item or something. Still a multiple save option would be nice addition and prevent anyone loosing their creations in future.

OK so i managed to get back all the parts I lost and then lost them all again the next time I loaded trials. Iv kind of worked out what is happening, when I load up trials the customized items will have reverted back to their starting appearance and there will be a spinning icon/logo over the item, when clicking on it to edit it you cannot change it in any way, but by equipping another item and turning trials off and reloading it can bring it back with all the stickers etc but you have to select it and re-equip it, although when I next turn trials on it will be gone again and I have to repeat the process.

Hopefully this can be fixed because other than this I'm really loving how indeapth you can customize your appearance, just a shame we can't save them

Well I just loaded trials up again and it seems I've lost them altogether now, before the items would at least still be there in my inventory they just wouldn't have my customizations on them and they would be unchangeable until I equip another item and turned trials off and on again. But now they have vanished all together from my inventory and are not showing up when I reload.

Just wondering what the spinning orange curser was that was hovering over my items before they vanished completely? It seemed whenever this popped up the item was no longer usable or changeable

Same happend to me, including the loading icon. Stuff i bought in the store is gone. Items keep duplicating, I have now 800/800 items in the inventory and i don‘t get any more loot crates when leveling up.

Yeah I've also got full inventory with multiple same items, and bought items are disapering too. I rly wanna spend a long time customising my character but I think I'll wait until it is working properly as very frustrating to keep loosing your stuff only to be replaced with 100 copies of the bandana
