    Crazy High CPU Usage

    So i've changed the settings from Ultra High - Low, switched DX12 on and off, tried so many things and the game just destroys my CPU usage. Averages 60-70CPU.
    All my Bio drivers, graphics card, ect are all up to date.

    This is my PC Specs.
    Case: NZXT S340 Elite
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
    CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20 GHz
    Cooling: Corsair H00IV2
    RAM: 32GB 3200MHZ G.Skillz
    Motherboard: MSI Z270 Carbon Gaming Pro
    Mouse: Logitech G900
    KB: Deathstalker CHROMA
    Monitor: 2 x 24" Asus Predator XB241H 144Hz
    Headset: AudioTechnica ATX-M50X
    Mic: Blue Yeti with Stand/Pop Filter
    Webcam: Logitech C920

    I just dont understand, is there something im missing that i can try?

    Howdy,

    I am running D2 in a lower PC specs than you and I don't have this problem. me I5 4690k 3.5ghz + Rx 570 4Gb - Did u watched this video? They explains some graphic settings https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMAjVlkIpZk

    I've noticed that some "extra" features cause minor visual problems, I don't remember my setting but for example, the fog and particules (it turn that consumes a bit more of CPU while there's a cost rendering on it).

    Sorry my english is a disaster lol

    @OGKhirtle, Can you please create a case on the support website and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation?

    Please provide me with your case number once you have created the case.

    I've tried lowering certain settings ect. within the game, turning off dx12, lowering some settings and not others, ect. Still gets High CPU usage.

    I summited a case;

    REFERENCE NUMBER 08193564
