Hello, I just preordered the division 2 through Uplay and it came with a free game. I chose Wildlands as mine and had no issues downloading the game. The issue is that the game is listed as "Coming Soon" in the launcher and when i installed it it said pre-load like the game is about to come out but my understanding is the game came out some time ago. There is no play button at all just a greyed out pre-load button where play would normally be. I validated the game files and it came up clean. I have tried to launch the game from the exe but it just brings up the launcher. I at a loss at what to do next.

I too have just done the same, purchased the division 2, downloaded Wildlands as my free game, and I cant play as it is coming soon xD ? released back in 2017. do we have to wait for The Division 2 to release maybe before we can play?

I have just contacted the live chat, the reason for why it is preloaded is : "Hi, the reason for this is that our team has decided to make the game playable when The Division 2 is released." so yes, have to wait till TD2 is released to play the free game. :/
