Same here. Game say you earned a crate, but there are none. Even if you press open right away, it goes to the crate screen which shows zero.

Also here. Started at level 110 I think. I collected 50 crates but it's not increasing anymore

Same here...as for the most it happened around level 83 or similar...no crates even if it says "got one"

Stopped getting crates around level 83 or so as well. Add it to the list of broken crap in the game.

I submitted a support request in regards to this matter on March 3rd at 6:29 PM. I got a 'No reply' email notifying me that my support claim had been filed and within 48 hours I would get a response.

Today I checked my email and it said "We haven't heard from you in 4 days so we assume your issue has been resolved" but I wasn't sent the reply by Ubisoft until last night, March 7th at 11:21 PM.

It's March 8th today.

Anyway, the email said --

Sorry to hear you're having trouble finding some of your crates. We definitely want you to get the crates you earned. Have you tried clearing your Xbox's Cache to see if that fixes it? To clear the cache on the Xbox One, please turn the console off and unplug it from the wall for at least two minutes before plugging it in again.

... I'm not even gonna bother trying this because I'm just too lazy but if anyone else does this and magically their 35 crates shows up that they didn't get then hey, high five to you homeboy.

Typical follow the script support offered by big corporations. It’s not worth the hassle going through it, which is probably what they bank on.

I'd go through their instructions to try and get the loot crate issue resolved and then it would end up reseting all of my medals and times and they'd be like "We're so sorry to hear this. Please fill out a support claim so our tech support team can look into this matter."

Haven't got a crate from level 83 to 99 where I am at now except one at level 90 for some reason.

No crates since level 73 here. I'm at level 95 now and still no crates. I play on PC.

Honestly mate can you regurgitating that "Please feel free to reach out to our Support Team so they can look into the issue of your missing crates, and investigate what might've happened" statement on every thread, when people are trying to inform you of bugs and you are just making out It's a 1 off happening to only them

It's very unprofessional starting to make you look a bit silly

I also ran into this issue around level 85 or so. But then, around level 100, for every crate I unlocked, I'd end up receiving two, and sometimes even three crates.
I'm now at level 116 and back to receiving the appropriate one crate per level increase. So, at least in my case, the problem ended up resolving itself.

If you're currently not being rewarded with crates for leveling up, just hang in there. I don't think that they're gone forever, and I'd bet you'll get them eventually.

I totally understand the frustration and confusion in the meantime, but I believe time heals all wounds
