Division 2: Unable to View Screenshots taken with Photo Mode in PS4 Capture Gallery | Forums

I have noticed similar issue reported with the Assassin Odyssey game is also occuring in Division 2. When I go to view a screenshot taken with Photo Mode tool in PS4 Capture Gallery, the image will display one time and for subsequent images a black screen occurs for both Photo Mode generated images and Share Play screenshots. If you reboot the PS4 console and return to view images not taken with Photo Mode they display as should be. However if you return to view an image created via Photo Mode it repeats the issue of displaying one time and then will only display black screen for any screenshots you view. I am using standard PS4 Console. My television is 1920 by 1080p and NOT 4k. resolve issue. I participated in Private Beta and did not have this issue and was able to view Photo Mode screenshoots in Open Beta on Mar 1. Issues started on Mar 2 around 2am CST.

I noticed that there were 3 images generated with photo mode tool that had symbols in the screenshot name instead of the standard naming convention. One of the images that had symbols in the screenshot name displayed dimension of 1920 x 1080 when you view the image "Information". 2 of the images with symbols in name did not display photo dimension details. I deleted all 3 images with bad naming convention (symbols), restarted the PS4 and can now view all screenshots.

Thanks for letting us know! What were the symbols specifically?

I did not capture screenshot but the symbols were not standard and more so like "wingdings"
