unknown software exception (0xc000001d) It's been a month already !!!!!!!!!!!

It's been a month since the appearance of the error !!!!!!! why it has not yet been fixed? why there is no information? why even removed the support of some processors 2 years after the release of the game? I feel cheated! two years ago I spent my money on the game, and now I have just been deprived of the opportunity to play for honor! system requirements include processor names or equivalent. The power of my processor is equivalent to the power specified in the system requirements !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For two years I played at high graphics settings with a frame rate of over 70 fps, and now I can't even start the game !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when will it be fixed ?????
The game stopped working 01/31/19 Today already 03/03/19 32 already passed as the game does not work !!!!

We are waiting for over a month now. They only have the same reply.
"Please send your pc specs to us. We are investigating."
    Nothing else.
Sorry Ubi. Its time for fixes. We don't want to hear any of your "Be patient. We are looking into it".

And here to think that I was actually intended to play it more. Welp... At this point I'm out of hope and almost certain they won't do anything about it. Surely there wouldn't be any compensation for that wasted month or even more. Not even a formal apology.
