In regards to the menu being cut off the screen, this can happen if you have the overscan feature on your TV. Overscan is a behaviour in certain television sets, in which part of the input picture is shown outside of the visible bounds of the screen.

Please check the settings on your TV to see if you have this feature and if you do try disabling it.

This is not from TV overscan as I do not have it on. Closing out the menu and reopening this fixes this issue
