I opened lots of threads about pk now, but this time, I will try to take a different approach with a rework suggestion.
First, I think that the Dagger Cancel and the Dodge attacks starting chains is absolutely necessary. Compared to Shaman's dodge attack, which starts chains, faster, feintable and has the recovery of a Black Prior's shieldbash, Pk's is really thrash. It's some of the easiest parries in the game anyway, at least they should start chains. Dagger cancel starting chains is obvious: an assassin should have constant pressure on opponents, landing a hit should let them restart pressure.
Since I think you don't want to add an unblockable, pk needs a few other things instead in place:
1. When dealing bleed damage or damage to a bleeding opponent, pk should regenerate stamina faster.
2. Top heavy's dagger cancel should come out from the left instead of the top (for obvious reasons).
3. The second half of the zone should be feintable at the startup, like it was a heavy, and it should deal at least 25 damage..
4. Finally, pk needs a dedicated parry punish for 20 damage (much like Nuxia).
Since the 400ms lights are unreactable in theory, this should help her massively.

Totally agree on #3 that she needs new chains. But how would H-L-H chain work with her bleed riposte? Unless it was only for a heavy finisher and they increased the damage. Still don't know how I would feel about that change. Your suggestion is a bit too much, 400ms in every direction is op, even shaman doesn't have that. The current way is better, with the only exception being the top heavy, top heavy dagger cancel should come from a different direction (I said the left because the zone comes from there too, it would be too much if she would have a 400ms attack from all direction).
The unblockable heavy finisher would be cool and totally needed, but I don't think they will ever give pk an unblockable (for shaman possessing that for 40 damage is totally fine for some reason, berserker is even worse).
The new chains with use would be L-H-L and L-H-H. Of course, it wouldn't hurt if we would get all combinations of 3 art chains like orochi and nuxia, but we actually don't really need more chains. What we need is dagger cancels starting chains, that way, they would be stronger.
Finally, with her low stamina, my bleed suggestion is needed and is completely logical to have that. 20 damage parry riposte is needed, she deals no damage for a counterattacker (most other assassins have higher heavy parry punishes, ranging from 20 to 24). And the zone second part should be feintable later because it poses no threat in it's current form, you can just dodge and punish, and even if it somehow hits, it's only 20 damage.
400ms tri-direction is OK, Aramusha have the same thing, of course he have no pressure and big time to prepare, it will be ok, cause on PC it is easy to deal with 400ms soft-feints and it is very unsafe, heavy or 2 direction 400ms would be very good, or make possibility to soft-feint into top heavy with bigger damage for light. That way, nobody would use anything else in the kit, pk already relies on her zone too much. If something is unblockable, it should be the finisher.
400ms is not reactable for avarage humans, since it's actually less than 300 to react. Pc does not have a much easier time in this, 400 ms attacks are blocked or parried because the opponents are guessing it reading patterns. 400 ms in every direction would be too much. And I don't think ara softfeints are all 400ms,maybe the top light.
This is something I thought about not too long ago. Heavy to light chain is a small change that would accomplish a lot. It's an easy avenue for PK to get into her 400ms combo light. She could chip away at people with it and push them to go for a parry on the opener heavy to stop the chain early, which makes the heavy soft feint into GB a lot more relevant than it is right now. Yeah there's definitely a collision with the inputs here. If I was a PK main, I'd probably sacrifice dagger cancel on the opener heavy for a heavy into light chain because it'll be basically the same damage except way less risky and a lot more follow up options.
