Ubisoft club items missing
I’m missing items from Ubisoft club, and gear that I’ve customized constantly loads and can’t be equipped. I’ve tried all remedies recommended on the forums and nothing has worked. I’m playing on PS4 as prime_kal_el. This seems to be a common occurrence. When will it be addressed and fixed?

We're aware of both issues and are both under investigation.
I don't have a date for you just yet but I can confirm there are many players experiencing both of these issues (including myself) so they are among top priority.
