So I was banned a long time ago and have been fighting since September 9th, 2018. After months of talking just a few weeks ago they leaked it was for teamkilling (I'm not going to deny that.) But my main issue is that their support claims something that would go against this:
1. Team Killing
If a player repeatedly team kills, they will temporarily be banned from matchmaking. After multiple offenses, a permanent ban may be issued to the offending players account.:
- First offense: Banned from Matchmaking for 30 minutes
- Second offense: Banned from Matchmaking for 1 hour
- Third offense: Banned from Matchmaking for 2 hours.
- Fourth offense: Banned from Matchmaking for 24 hours.
- Fifth offense: Banned from Matchmaking for 7 days.
And I was only banned for 30 minutes. Just 1 warning then a permanent ban? Support refuses to help and since there's a sale I might just make a new account. I loved R6. Any help would make me happy. Do I just give up and admit I'll never play again?
I think you conveniently left out an important part of the team killing section:Originally Posted by xCactusManx Go to original post
What you listed is what usually happens BUT they specify that it's on a case by case basis and that depending on the severity, it's at Ubisoft's discretion. I don't know what you did but you seems to fall into that last category. Nothing can be done for you on these forums, sorry. If a player repeatedly team kills, they will temporarily be banned from matchmaking. Duration of a suspension will be decided at Ubisofts discretion, on a case by case basis. After multiple offenses, the player may receive up to a permanent ban. Actual disciplinary action may differ from the list of examples depending on the severity of the behavior and, again, shall be decided at Ubisofts discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
You'll have to resolve your case with the Support Team directly, as we do not have control over game accounts here on the forums.
