#1 priority should be to fix the sound issues

There are a lot of games I can play without sound but a open world tactical shooter is not one of them. Not sure if you have already started messing with this as today I had zero sound for anything both times that I logged in, yesterday it was at least sporadic. Being unable to hear enemies coming up on you or what your team mates are doing really sucks. And having no audio to hear the storyline or any of the audio files suck as cell phones and echoes really defeats the purpose. The truly sad part is that everything else in the game is awesome, I mean there are some bugs here and there but this sound issue is a Major issue, If you do not have it fixed by launch it is going to have a major impact on your sales.

Sound usually gets bad every time I play for more than one hour

I'm having fun playing, but I've had 3 sound experiences.
    #1 The sound is great.
#2 I have sound except for the gunfire, and then it catches up with me 5 minutes later, and I have to listen to it for 5 minutes with my controller vibrating the entire time.
#3 I have no sound, absolutely nothing, and no vibration on the controller. I've only experienced this one while playing co-op. Trying to play in silence is awful!
I want to pre-order the game, but I'm afraid to. I'd be so disappointed to spend the money and have to deal with this issue.

Agreed! Sound loss is the main problem

I play for maybe 30 minutes to an hour tops, and sound starts disappearing. Guns make no sound, explosions no sound, no voices, no music, no anything usually. It’s like the tv is on mute. Sometimes I can still hear the wind blowing but that’s it. But usually nothing.
I logout and reboot the game and then it’s fixed...for 1/2 hr or hour, then it all happens again. Oh and when the sound loss happens, it then takes about 2-3 minutes to fast travel anywhere too.
Sucks bad when it happens in a mission cause if I logout and reboot the game, I lose the mission progress. Had to do Jefferson trade center in silence, and ViewPoint museum in silence . The worst part of all, is that I had the same sound loss issues in the private beta and here it still is. Still not fixed.

100% agree with their priority number 1 should be to fix these sound issues because like you have stated we need to hear what is going on in the game.
the lack of sound is the main reason i won,t be buying this on release.
i played the closed beta with sound problems and it still ain,t fixed and i can,t see them fixing it before launch which is in 10 days time.

    Hi guys,

I can confirm that some of the audio issues are already due to be fixed with the day one update and the dev team are still investing the remaining audio issues.

You can check here for a list of the known issues and the status.

    Thanks Ubi-Keo

I really hope so, playing in silence and being stopped by regular invisible walls are the two main problems imo

Thanks Ubi-Keo! The sound has been my biggest issue with the game thus far.

The last update of this list was March 2, will there be an update anytime soon? I'm worried there will be audio issues at launch that will ruin the game experience for me as was the case with the open beta.
