It juste for the fun, I think.

I hated Ghost Recon Wildlands when it first came out. No story, bad voice acting, everything ultimately leading up to nothing. Decided to pick it up again recently. I really like how they are linking the different Tom Clancy franchises together - especially all the Ghost games with Captain Mitchell from Advanced Warfighter and Kovak from Future Soldier. Great that Michael Ironside also reprised his role for Sam Fisher. This Division easter egg though doesn't make a lot of sense if it's supposed to be canon. The virus in that game wiped out the world population so why is Bolivia thriving?

The answer to your questions are in the last box. If you get close enough you will be prompted to "take" item. There are six locations and the coordinates are on the phones, however, one of the phones is not in the box and you'll have to hunt for it. I could give you all of the information you need but then that would take the fun out of it

That's why I told them to go check that area at night time - as it's easier to find it then.

Is it locked behind the endgame missions or is it only in regular campaign mode? Found only a cardboard box in that cemetery.

I suspect they've been removed. I unlocked a fresh parachute via prestige boxes the other day and went into the list only to find that the Division 2 parachute has decided to lock itself - despite being unlocked since the day it became available - and the boxes are no longer in the locations they were in before (I've not checked all 6 of the location, but the 3 I did check to make sure had none of the boxes anywhere nearby)

The Division 2 parachute is now free on Ubisoft Club so you can look it up there.
