    You using the same game as your Husband. What I mean is your using the same key code that he used. Does he have a problem getting a online account?

    We bought the game 2 times, each on our own account. He had no problems getting it. Yesterday he played the game for hours with his brother, while I was sitting next to him, trying to solve different problems with the game. O.o Couldn't get the Uplay app to work on my computer, appeared to be a TCP/IP6v problem. After that the online account thing started. Bleh

    I've also changed my name, but I guess Hillise is the one I need to keep using as it is my legacy username
    When I try 'Hilliselot' it sais authentication as Hilliselot failed. When I use Hillise, its logs in and starts uploading...but fails.

    So do you have fix or you still having problems. I have it on multiple computer. I'll give it a try to see if I have a problem where you two are working off the same IP address.

    It still isn't fixed. I can make an online profile on my husbands computer with my username and password. So I guess my laptop is the problem ... but what ..

    I don't understand that one. I can logon to 3 different computers two desktops and one laptop.

    Plus how is your husband and his brother playing on local network or on line game.

    For the hell of it try to uninstall everything and start over and see what happens.

    I (sort of) fixed it. I made my online profile on my husbands computer. I was able to download that profile on my laptop et voilà.
    I have my account. Faire enough for me Yesterday we played all evening with 3. Woop

    Hi Ubisoft, can you please help me fix this problem too ? I was playing just fine till I reinstalled the game. Now I have the 'Upload failed' message even tho I am sure 100% that the account and password I am using are the right ones.

    It has been broke for a few months. Go back through the forum you see everybody using the retail copy is having the same problem. If you want to play on line drop the retail version and buy the new version 1404-HE. The retail version and the 1404 HE don't play together two different servers.
