I've spent literally hours in ranked trying to get this lawbringer ornament ( crimson conquest ) but ever since I got to diamond 3 I can't find a match, I search for like 10 - 15 minutes and don't find anything, so I'm basically being punished for not living in a country with a higher playerbase.
