Greeting guys!

Today when I just login, i found the weapon i bought (ex: 416, F2000, LVOA-C) are all locked and not available to use.
Besides, I cannot login the store in games..., after i press B and try to access the store, just a loading mark run OTL
Does anyone have the same problems? Or how should fix it. If anyone know, please let me know, thank you!
