mission- Washington hotel
where the floor has falling onto bottom floor you get stuck going down the floor, you have to play around with your movement to get unstuck. in the next part of mission where you have to blow up or shoot the barricade, can't go through. had to reboot the game.
in the safe house players are still floating.
at base of op, quartermaster is missing. can not access quartermaster, even after rebooting game.

Also I think it takes too long to use a medit.
