Saw players floating briefly after entering the safe house as if they were falling, soon after it went back to normal.

Thanks for the report, this is a known issue and is being investigated.

Last night, I was playing the Invaded mission, and the Demolitionist grenade launcher glitched out on me. I could still fire the weapon, and saw the grenades travel, however there was no explosion or damage at the other end. I fired at least 12-15 grenades, and they all had this problem. This was on my third play-through of the mission. The first two play-throughs did not have this issue.

Disconnected twice while entering the DZ. sorry I could not capture the error code.
Also the mission where you are first introduced to the shadow devices or skill blocking devices. I went to jump over one of the obstacles and my character just started running around in circles while the enemies shot him to death. this happened several times on that same area. it was the box just as you round the corner and before you reach the opening on the right.
