This one time I requested Vehicle Drop Off in Caimanes and Pac dropped the vehicle in Inca Camina. True story.

I don't know, but when I need it now, RIGHT NOW, and they spawn somewhere up the cliff or down the cliff is surely the worse.

Across the river is just a bonus.

I'm not so sure about the "Suicide calls" - I've had a few near misses with stuff spawning so close they're almost clipping through my character's model...

Boy there is nothing more annoying (or feel like lending someone your face to be punched on) than you rushing to didi mau out of a hot base, stop for a few seconds to catch your breath, call your pals to help you exfil and the phuckers drop the vehicle right smack in the middle of the base you just left a lung a few minutes ago!... I do believe the Devs did that on purpose or they really never tried playing their own game.
