My frequented internet cafe's setup hasn't changed - i5-8400, 8 GB RAM, GTX 1050 @ Ver 419.17, Windows 7 64-bit. Medium preset.
I have followed the various caches para-dropped into Bolivia in proper order, yet cache number 5 (located at LAT -19.1020, LON -59.6696) has no device for me to interact and get the 5th recording from.
As a guy who only took Uplay seriously since getting the various Tom Clancy games since Steam Holiday Sale 2017 and falling in love with the Division, it saddens me that a technical error may stand between me and a nice-looking Phoenix parachute for my Ghost. I have restarted the game to be sure, and it still doesn't appear.

As it's mentioned before - it's not missing. It' near the rock, 10-20 meters from the box. The device was stolen by some animal, which also can be found in a hole there
