Why of all the guns in this game is there not a Glock of any kind? I have read countless forums of so many people requesting it and with the latest update comes more disappointment cause no Glock. The new features and weapons are awesome but why is there still no Glock? Very annoyed and curious with this topic.

Glock is particularly stingy in regards to copyright. Not only did they trademark the names of their pistols, but they also trademarked the shape. They even sued Smith & Wesson for copyright infringement because their Sigma bore a vague resemblance to the Glock pistol.

I'm inclined to say screw Glock and salt the wound by adding the M17 and M18 pistols.



I'm sure SIG would love another chance to lord their MHS win over Glock.

if they added the m17 before the glock the glock fan boy's would do a scorched earth campaign on the forum we would be lucky if it survived

They have no good reason. The division and Insurgency sandstorm got around the licensing issue by putting it in as the PF9-polymer frame 9mm. Ubi Paris is just lazy, they would rather put in guns that are visually identical to guns already in there. No original content only re-used assets.
