So World Tier 5 isn’t available at launch?

So every World Tier is locked behind a Stronghold but the last Stronghold is not available at launch!

I’m not sure how I feel about this! I will fly through the story content and the first few tiers and to not have access to the last World Tier seems odd to me

Hope we don’t have to wait too long!

''A final level of progression, World Tier 5, is unlocked by defeating a final Stronghold in Tidal Basin.''

It's probably for the better, though.

yeah and the world tiers in TD1 were locked behind gear score, so a stronghold isn't that much of a block or stopping point considering it all levels to whether you are solo/duo or 3/4 man grouped.

so solo should be the easiest way of doing a stronghold.

    Personally I think it's a great idea.

Well, instead of grinding for the best gear at what we know won't be the last level. Perhaps slow down and enjoy the games progression and/or level up additional toons/mules so that once you are at the final level, you'll have more storage since we can't have additional even if we bought it.

The issue a lot of us Hardcore players have is what’s the point of thinking about builds and min/maxing when we don’t even have access to EndGame gear (World tier 5) straight away!

You didn't have access to endgame gear WT5 straight away in TD1 either.

Endgame gear in most loot heavy ARPG's are not available straight away(wasn't in destiny 1 and 2/wasn't in ESO or Diablo or even Anthem) it's either locked behind incursions/nightfalls/dungeons/strongholds or raids ie the harder content so you can level up
