Ubisoft has stated several times in the past that they won't be adding an FPS mode to GRW.

From 2013 to the present, Rstar's gta5 often adds updates to players' needs, such as the first-person perspective and the flash of the jet. There is no need to use dlc to enter various online modes.

In the promotional video of the 2015e3 game show, the zoom sight of the sniper rifle has not appeared.

None of that alters the fact that Ubisoft has stated no plans to include first person view in GRW.

I didn't know they even had planned first person mode. I wish they had went through with it though, as the pictures look cool. I'll try to relink these.
