Please note under no trolling section, quoted from the rules:

"Causing disturbances in forum threads, chatrooms or gamelobbies, such as picking fights, making off topic posts that ruin the thread, insulting other posters."

As the person in question has violated the off-topic posts over 100 times, I would suggest at this point it is a ban-able offence.

From the no spamming section:

"Repeatedly posting the same post or topic in a forum, or across multiple forums, is considered spamming. Such posts will be locked, edited or removed. Intentional off topic or nonsense posting is also likely to be considered spam and will receive the same treatment, especially if this takes an existing thread off topic."

Again this has been broken 100+ times. And if this is not ban-able then I would ask why forum staff are not acting as per the rules and removing the offending posts?

If he gets banned, he’ll just come back speaking nonsense and asking for visitors again. At least we can have some fun figuring out his new forum name =)

But seriously there often are off-topic posts in the threads, but that guy takes it too another level.
