I really hope you will find the solution soon. I can accept for now the situation with the missing DLC items, however with this new "customized items stuck" problem the game is unplayable for me as I do not want to go through the whole game with just a stock basic items.

AND All of us are for sure not getting our money back or some compensation either...

I am experiencing the same issue. A lot of my items have the spinning orange symbol. Bike customization also doesn't save. Some of the items have duplicates as well which is odd.

After posting the below i turned off my console and internet. Whether it was coincedence or not which believe it was, the problem seems to have been resolved. I assume you guys were already on it. Thank you anyway and thumbs up much appreciated.

Im not sure posting is ok but i am having this same problem and dont see another solution.

I have duplicates and custom made out fits aren't loading which are being removed from the rider. These are also shared and when looking on the shared customization section they seem to be there but arn't getting downloaded or rather it says zero. Which could mean they haven't been downloaded or not downloading due to some problem like my own.

Im on ps4 pro and i have done the required steps checking memory and so forth to no avail unfortunetly. I find this and absolute delightful addition to the game which i am eager to put time into. Understandable problems appear at first but if there's anything we can try our end please let us know. If not i sincerly hope this is looked at asp as again it such a fantastic addition to an already incredible looking game.

I finally ran into the duplication thing yesterday. It happened after I had purchased player content from the in-game store, so maybe the game is trying to work out what's supposed to be there and what isn't it? The loading circles went away after restarting my game, and some of the duplicates disappeared so perhaps it just takes time for the game to work itself out in relation to the server.

Perhaps even too many people are trying to load the same item and Home-base needs to figure out who owns what? That's a guess in the dark

Took about an hour 2 days ago to create my websites logo on a tee. Logged on yesterday and it disappeared from my inventory. Other shirts I've made (but shared to store) all remain. Genuinely gutted at this.

The duplication is getting really out of hand. I logged in today and have 700/800
That's insane. I go to look and see 15-20 per item. Its duplicating per day. At this point I'm just going to stop playing the ps4 version and just play on pc.
