    Item Bug/Glitch

    Was playing stadium tracks and the game crashed. Launched the game and since then the items i bought from in-game store had no options anymore when i select them.

    Also the changes made on them like colorling and stickers do not appear. (The items were made by redlynx).

    I shutdown PS4 and i unplugged router to make sure that i did all i could from my end and plugged it back in.

    After restarting the game it was still the same problem it keeps showing a neverending spinning wheel on those items. And options for them are grayed out.

    Restarted game the day after and it is still same problem.

    I'm encountering a bit of that as well. My flaming jacket has that symbol, and if I was to ever unequip it, it would no longer be usable. Some items will show as simply created by Redlynx but not have a sticker limit or anyting in the info. It tends to happen with items that I have two of, so one may be a false duplicate and the game can't decide if it should exist or not...

    Same issue here. I like that weak response the OP got from tech support. “Here’s some ways we think it’s on your end!” Lmao

    Dear Redlynx let’s not act like it’s the players. We’re all having this issue here as well as many others and it’s up to YOU to satisfy the customers who pay you to feed the employees. Fix this issue. It’s clear you have tons of connectivity bugs on YOYR end. Maybe it’s the servers, maybe it’s you guys put too much reliability into the cloud. I don’t even get gear boxes and I couldn’t even play the beta because of YOUR connectivity issues. So far I think I’ve paid Redlynx $500 for Truals fusion gear and copies and now Rising. Let’s not end that support because want me to check my LAN cable, modem, router, wi-fi, dogs well-being, the wife’s heels in the closet. Let me know when you got a fix on the way! Thanks! PS I’ve always had good help from Redlynx so far I hope I get some again.

    I have the same issue here too ... Personalisation is not save , Item load indefinitely , some items duplicate, impossible to use an item when I remove the item...

    Good luck getting anything from customer service. I’ve tried for 2 years to get bugs with trials frontier fixed. I’m having the same issues as everyone else with trials rising on PS4. I’ve yet to receive any response over my posts about it.
