I think it would be a good idea to add possibility to change name/description of already shared design or take it down from store. Models of male and female are slightly different and specific design e. g. of shoes created on female model won't fit the same on male model.
Also it would be great to scale an item to higher resolution while customisation.

Yeah it would be very handy being able to edit designs you have already submited also, to have different sharing options as being able to make it free or lock the items so it can't be further customized. It doesn't need to be an-ingame feature but maybe somekind of web hub accessed through the browser.
