    No Ubi Club rewards

    I claimed all Ubi club rewards in the app, restarted the game, got the messages saying they were unlocked, but got nothing. The sponsor showed up fine but pretty sure the acorns I have now are from leveling up and finding squirrels so far..(how many coins and acorns were we supposed to get anyways?) Found the open and closed beta helmets in the store for only 5 coins, but I shouldn't have to buy those and can't find the fusion or frontier helmets anywhere. My pre-order and gold edition bonuses showed up just fine in my inventory already tho.

    Hi NuckinFutzz! Do the rewards show up as claimed through the Club website? We recommend these PS4 steps.

    Yes, all rewards show as claimed on the website and in the Android app..but I don't have them in game...after I restarted the game, I got a message saying the items were unlocked, but they are not in my inventory

    Yes I have restored licenses and rebuilt the database, still missing rewards...I just bought the helium bike and I do not have the turbo exhaust from the beta. When I open the Ubi Club in the game, it says "All Rewards owned! Congrats!"

    And now a new problem...lol...since I restored licenses and rebuilt database, the pants that I designed are now stuck with a loading icon over them and display as normal default design and all options are greyed out. can't unequip,sell, customize or anything..

    Our team are currently investigating issues with loading customised items, thanks for your report!
