So I bought my copy of The Division 2 and as free game to it I picked Wildlands. Which now sit in my library in stand-by mode waiting for it's "release". I was told it is common issue, mostly for the Watch Dogs 2 copies, but except "conntact the support" I've got no help. And I'm getting lost in support menus so easily I don't know what to pick to send query to right department of support. Please help!

I figured out where to send my help request on the support site. Which is a major success for me.
