    Ubisoft items + bonus content

    Hello Ubisoft Team,
    As some of others already reported, I’m also having problem with the Ubisoft club items. Sponsor at level 7 is OK. However, all the helmets I do not see in the game. Where they should normally appear?

    I’m also having a problem with the preorder bonuses + Gorilla and Cowboy outfit. When starting the game, a windows poped up saying these items are in my inventory, however I did not find them anywhere. Where can I find them? In my inventory, I do only see a basic helmet + clothes.

    Hi Carl0sss!

    I am sorry you having issues with the Club items and pre-order bonuses.

    Regarding the pre-order bonuses, could you please check that they are installed correctly. If you still do not see them, please create a support ticket on our website and include images showing your proof of pre-order (receipts/code leaflets etc)

    As for the club items, please check you have redeemed them here. If you still do not see them, please send us another ticket showing what you can see on the club side and then another showing your helmets in-game so we can investigate.

    Thank you for your prompt reply.

    Both Ubisoft + Preorder bonuses are redeemed correctly. I do see Ubisoft bonuses redeemed at my profile + I do see all preorder bonuses downloaded into my PS4.
    You can find my tickets 08140376 and 08140426 created in your system.

    Hope the correction will be done soon on your side.

    Hey! I noticed you've signed into a different account on the forum, is it possible your PlayStation account is linked to the wrong Uplay account?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it´s not the reason. I started this thread with my old (wrong) account, however my account Carl0s_CZ is correct/active and linked to PS4 correctly. Still nothing changed since yesterday. No bonuses showed up in the game. I´ve added pictures into my tickets 08140376 and 08140426 proving it.
