Sorry to hear that's happening.

From the image I can see that you're on a mobile device, it might be best to try in a browser to see if the same issue happens there?

Tried on mobile, desktop - multiple browsers and uplay. My buddy is having the same issues.

Aight, I figured it out.

Silly and borderline dumb by me/us but if you add it to your cart (wich you cant tell unless you go in to it) it goes gray and if it is in your cart the issue will transfer over to uplay desktop app as it probably gathers the info from the same spot, but on uplay desktop you get a weird error saying something about your cart price not matching.

So for future refrence, check your cart people.
