When I play this game, the mountains and other rocks flash constantly. Sometimes they stop if I don’t move the camera. Sometimes I can see the skybox through them. I know I probably need to dive into the graphics options, but I’m not sure what to change?

Hello mitzirocker, I've to admit I've never heard of this problem before.
Could you please try the following steps:
- Verify the game files in Uplay (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Faqs/0...s-In-Uplay-UPC)
- Make sure your graphics driver is up to date
- disable any background programs you might have active

How did you set up the graphics-settings in-game? Does your PC meet the minimum requirements for the game?

Ahh, turns out my laptop has only 128kb of video memory. Would it be possible to transfer my save files to another computer?

Glad to hear you found the problem. You should have no problems transferring the save files to another PC and continue playing there.
They should in your "My Documents" folder.
