[PS4]Bronze Rank Broken | Forums

So i contacted support 4-5 days ago and haven't gotten a reply yet so i guess i'll post my issue here now. I CAN NOT RANK UP OUT OF BRONZE. from other forum posts and reddit i can see this issue has been happening to other people since atleast september. Thats atleast 6 months. I went on a 35 win streak in bronze V and went up 1% cause one player left. What is going on? is there a fix yet?

Could you possibly clarify this - you won 35 ranked matches and you only progressed by 1% in Bronze V? Or were you not able to progress to the next rank by reaching 100% in Bronze V rank progression and having 35 wins in a row?
