If we have purchased the digital version (Xbox store) will it be available from midnight (Monday night/Tuesday morning?

The release time is midnight local time for all regions on Uplay. For the US, it will be midnight Eastern Time, and for Steam it will be when the Steam store updates on Tuesday morning.
