Games Crashing - No Error Message

I keep getting my game crashing every 5 minutes, it would stutter, then just close like it's run out of memory
I had task manager open and the GPU spikes to 100% before it happens as well
I easily meet the minimum spec however it still keeps crashing no matter what I do. I have lowered the graphics, turned off lots of settings and followed all the guides and still keeps happening.Graphics drivers are up to date, HD textures off, lowered graphics settings etc.
    Anyone got any more suggestions?

Are you using any sort of overclocking software?

Where do you have Uplay and Far Cry New Dawn installed?

Not using any overclocking. UPlay and Far Cry are both installed on the same SSD drive (C:), plenty of space left on it. RAM isn't being maxed out at all, but GPU is maxing, Graphics RAM isn't maxing though, only using 3GB of available 6GB

Thanks for the additional info Unforgettable14! Can you try launching the game after performing a clean boot and let us know if the situation improves?

No improvement. I get a few minutes into the game, and it just stutters, then crashes without any sort of error message. Starting to get really annoying as I like them game, just can't play it without a crash
    Any other ideas?

Can you please share your system DxDiag and MSinfo file through a new support case? Our technical team can take a look further in to this for you.

I've also had this problem but mainly in areas with water e.g. the mission where you have to go into the flooded silo or when swimming under a bridge.

Same problem here, with a lot of crashes.

In Windows System Event Log I have this particulary suggestive event, 2004 Resource-Exhaustion-Detector :
"Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: FarCryNewDawn.exe (15772) consumed 13880905728 bytes, vmmem (11224) consumed 1662918656 bytes, and vmmem (9232) consumed 765018112 bytes."

Another person with random game crash and random system crash. I allow all of the crash info to go forward but nothing replies. My system has AMD Ryzer 7 1700 and RX 580 with 32 GB ram. I had a SSD C drive and Segate 2T drive ( FireCuda an Normal Segate )

    Alsi0 I have the latest video driver radeon-software- adrenalin-2019-19.3.1.
