When can we get an update on PERKS?

There were plenty of sticky threads requesting feedback when Marching Fire was released...and LOTS of feedback given. Will there be any update to the PERK system?

I have my 3 perks unlocked with just 160 gear score...there needs to be an incentive for upgrading and/or refining gear. If they don't want to adjust it at all, at least make it so having 180 ref2 gear unlocks something. Maybe if you have 180ref2 gear, you unlock the default perk automatically (which would then make it possible to have 4 active perks with 180ref2 gear). Otherwise, there is no incentive to upgrade past 160 (and you never have to spend on gear to get 160...I'm not understanding why Ubi doesn't want us to spend steel to upgrade/refine).

there is an incentive if you have the arcade mode but only if you have it

Also, they have said that this new Perk System allows them to do changes and updates easyer than the old system so we can hope for updates soon or later

Here was my idea on how to fix gear/perks and it makes it even easier for them to add new perks.
Please like or comment constructively and I hope the devs read and implement!
