I have played for a few hours today and for 15 matches at least I have received zero loot from the battlefield and I am not getting my 30 days championship status xp bonus. How can this be rectified?

Can you provide any images showing that you are not receiving any loot or bonus XP at the match results screen?

I have pics and a video. So far this issue only happens with shaolin

After fighting several more matches the equipment inventory wasn’t updating. It said I had a 11/60 but it was actually 60/60. I went back and reviewed the pics I was sending you. If u still want verification I can still forward them but I don’t need help anymore.

This can sometimes happen, it is a synch issue. Are you saying the rewards are now in your inventory?
